A Note From Bevy
Hi love. Before you scroll past this, please read it. I built HairScripts by Bevy as a small, founder-led brand and I want everycustomer to have a great experience. The policies below exist to keep things fair, transparent, and consistent for everyone — including me.
By placing an order on hairscriptsbybevy.com, you agree to the terms in this document. These rules apply to all orders, including
subscriptions, one-time purchases, and presale orders.
HOW OUR SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK
HairScripts subscriptions (Monthly, Quarterly, and Semi-Annual) are designed to keep your hair journey consistent. When you subscribe, you agree to receive your selected product on a recurring basis at the frequency you choose, with the corresponding charge processed automatically to your payment method on file.
By signing up for a subscription, you are entering into an ongoing agreement that will continue until you cancel.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL AUTHORIZATION
By starting a subscription with HairScripts by Bevy, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on file at the subscription interval you selected (every 30, 90, or 180 days) until you cancel.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the price and frequency in effect at the time of your initial signup, unless you receive advance notice of a change
- Charges will be processed without further authorization from you on each renewal date.
- It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method on file is current and has sufficient funds
- It is your responsibility to cancel or pause your subscription before the next renewal date if you do not want to be charged
MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
You can manage your subscription at any time through your customer portal at hairscriptsbybevy.com or by emailing support@hairscriptsbybevy.com
Through your customer portal, you can:
- View your upcoming shipment date
- Update your shipping address
- Update your payment method
- Pause your subscription
- Cancel your subscription
- Skip a shipment
- Change your product or quantity (where available)
CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by emailing support@hairscriptsbybevy.com. Cancellations take effect immediately and stop all future renewals.
Please note: cancellations must be received before your next renewal date in order to stop the charge. Once a renewal has processed and the order has entered fulfillment, the 12-hour change window applies to that order just like any new order. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
PAUSING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
If you'd like to keep your account active without receiving the next shipment, you
can pause your subscription. Pausing preserves your subscriber pricing and locks in your locked-in rate for as long as your subscription remains active (paused or not).
You can pause your subscription through your customer portal or by emailing support@hairscriptsbybevy.com.
PRICE CHANGES
We reserve the right to modify the price of our products at any time. If we change the price of your subscription, we will provide you with at least 30 days' written notice via email before the new price takes effect, giving you time to cancel or adjust your subscription if you do not wish to continue at the new rate.
Existing subscribers in good standing (subscriptions that are active or paused without lapse) are eligible for locked-in pricing as a thank-you for their loyalty, subject to our reasonable discretion.
FAILED PAYMENTS
If a renewal payment fails (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds), we will attempt to process the charge again over the following 7 days. If the payment cannot be processed after multiple attempts, your subscription will be automatically paused and you will receive an email notification asking you to update your payment method.
Your subscription will remain paused until you update your payment information. If payment is not updated within 30 days of the first failed attempt, your subscription may be cancelled.
